Summit Marine Scaffolding appreciates the ongoing necessity to carry out intensive training of all its management and operatives in order to continually improve our workforce. A series of training courses attended at both in-house and at outside training centres have resulted in employees obtaining certificates, examples of these can be seen on the following pages. We have also set up an apprentice scheme which will help us to maintain a knowledgeable and professional workforce for the future.
